The journal "Proceedings" Adilet "has a long history, It is published periodically 4 once a year 1996 of the year, being one of the leading scientific legal journals in Kazakhstan. The editorial board included many well-known legal scholars of Kazakhstan, the chief editors of the journal in different years were the academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T. Baimakhanov., professor S.V. Alimov, Professor Nusenov Zh.M. WITH 2015 of the year, the editor-in-chief is a candidate of legal sciences, Associate Professor of the Adilet GSE of the Caspian University Kalimbekova A.R.
At present, the editorial board of the journal includes academicians of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T. Baimakhanov., Suleimenov MK, Doctor of Law, Professor Didenko A.G., Ilyasova K.M., Zhursimbaev S.K., Honorary Professors of Caspian University JD Rolf Knipper, Doctor of Law, Professor Kuznetsova N.S.. and other prominent representatives of legal science.
Journal with 2015 of the year embodies a new concept of development and strategy, according to which it is planned to turn the journal into one of the leading scientific journals in the field of legal science in Kazakhstan and abroad.
The mission of the journal is to create conditions for the exchange of scientific information and draw attention to the most relevant, promising areas of research into the problems of state and law. The journal promotes the dissemination of scientific knowledge in the field of legal science, exchange of views of legal scholars, theoretical and practical experience of scientists and researchers at the national and international levels. Reflecting advances in legal science and changes in legislation, will provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the works of Kazakhstani and foreign authors, being a source of information about the latest scientific research in the field of problems of state and law, on held significant scientific conferences, round tables in the field of jurisprudence. The authors and readers of the journal are domestic and foreign scientists, university teachers, practitioners, doctoral students, undergraduates and students.
